Did you know that Realtors in the USA spend more than $510 million each year on home closing perks? Most of these perks come in the form of traditional items from gift cards (59.5 percent) and flowers to plants (37.2 percent), and gift baskets (36.7 percent).
One of the keys to my success, helping me rank in the top 1% of Sotheby’s International Realty agents nationwide, is my belief that gratitude is the best attitude. That’s why I go out of my way to celebrate closings with my clients in unique, personal ways. Here are some of my favorites:
1. Weekend retreat to Post Ranch Inn
This “sanctuary for the soul” is located high atop the cliffs of Big Sur, 1200 feet above the Pacific Ocean. With natural architecture embracing the coast’s dramatic beauty, a weekend in this rustic and elegant location is something my clients will always remember. The scenery in this area is absolutely breath taking with dramatic cliffs, rocks and redwood trees surrounding the sparkling ocean.
