Exterior

The aluminum skin has a gun-metal gray, semi-reflective surface. All exterior components are built with no paint, clear-coat, or steel exposed. This means no rust, chipping, fading, or resurfacing. Aluminum is proven to last well over a century in its natural, exposed state.

Walls & Cabinetry

The interior walls and cabinetry are powder-coated aluminum with white walls for opening up the space and creating a sense of spacious calm.

Interior Wood Accent Wall

A beautiful horizontal wood slat wall is installed at several locations in the interior. The natural warm hues of the wood wall surrounding the television in the living room compliment the simple white aluminum walls.

Fabrics

The sofa cushion fabric is a Sunbrella indoor-outdoor marine grade fabric. This is hands-down the best upholstery fabric on the market.

Bathroom Shower

Featuring a floor to ceiling natural teak wood slat shower with warm wood tones accented by chrome and real glass highlights. The bathroom components are particularly breathtaking. All cabinetry latches are fabricated from solid stainless steel and integrate a positive latching system so the doors will always be closed when traveling. Even the drawer boxes are made from solid sheet aluminum; bent, and tig-welded into shape.

Flooring

The flooring is the latest luxury wood-plank vinyl flooring. Hoffman selected this product because it is absolutely beautiful and it is a perfect fit for his rigorous standards: waterproof and resistant to warping, cupping, bending or scratches. It is lightweight and tough as nails.

Countertops and appliances

The countertops are a solid, ½” thick surface. Likewise, the company offers three color options. All appliances, fixtures, and finishes are the top-of-the-line and built by the most skilled craftsmen in the industry, backed by years of manufacturing experience and industry training.

Lighting

All interior lighting features recessed low-voltage and dimmable LED light fixtures. The lights are dimmable to provide ambient and task lighting in virtually every space, and integrate beautifully into the design. There are even two reading lights in the bedroom for night-time reading.
